Special Feasts

The Special Feasts committee arranges lunches or cooking demonstrations at restaurants or other venues.  The focus is on Asian cooking, curated by the Committee with the assistance of a country specialist to ensure authenticity of the cuisine. Special Feasts are scheduled 4 to 5 times per year. It is a wonderful way to try out new restaurants, sample tasting menus and get to know your fellow AAF members over a meal. In addition to arranging Special Feasts, in December, the Committee assists the AAF Board with the Holiday Party and in the spring, organizes a membership potluck following the last speaker of the calendar year. Members enjoy the culinary treats prepared by colleagues, and feast on delicious reminders of time spent in Asia.
